A simple process – Make a booking with our team over the phone, collect your vehicle at an Avis location, and drive away with your rental vehicle.
No long-term commitments – After our minimum period of 60 days there are no lock-in contracts. Plus, you won’t be charged any early termination fees after this (in line with termination notice periods thereafter).
All running costs covered – Your rates include all the costs for maintenance, scheduled servicing and replacement tyres.
24/7 Mechanical Breakdown Assistance – Drive with the confidence that you have support in the event of a mechanical issue.

Vehicle swap option – Swap your vehicle up to 3 times in 11 months at specified intervals so that you have a car that suits your lifestyle. If you need to change, simply need to contact the rental location that you hired from.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO NOTE:

A full, valid driver licence that is appropriate for the vehicle being hired is required.
The minimum renter age for Avis Flex is 21 years old however at some locations a surcharge may apply to renters under 25 years old.
Minimum rental duration is 60 days. After 60 days, there are no cancellation fees for early returns. For returns prior to 60 days, you will be charged the best applicable rate at the time.
There is a maximum of 4,000 kilometres per month.
Payments must be made using a credit card and in the name of the hirer.
Card transaction fees will apply upon pick-up of the vehicle.
One way fees may apply if returning to a different location.
Payment is taken upfront at the start of each month, in addition to a pre-authorisation hold equal to the value of the rental each month.
*4 Qantas Points will be earned per AU$1 spent on time and kilometre charges within Australia, excluding GST, insurance, package tour, government, travel industry, some corporate rates and miscellaneous charges. Members must provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number when booking an Avis Flex rental in order to earn points. Vehicle hire is subject to availability and to the Avis Rental terms and conditions.
