Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. In the event we are not able to ship your order in 2 business days we will reach out to you via email or phone. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Refunds are not given for expedited or international shipping costs. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email after your order has been processed that has your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for details to be shown by the shipping company.

Customs, duties, and taxes

KARE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) All refunds and return shipping do not include any international shipping or customs, duties, and taxes. 

Damages

KARE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We will ship to international locations where legal and credit card fraud insurance has been issued by our card processor. If the processor will not issue fraud chargeback insurance we will return the funds and will not ship. International shipping is not included or refunded in our satisfaction guarantee. International buyers are required to pay return shipping. Refunds are not given for expedited or international shipping costs.
