2. During the campaign, the Wi-Fi voucher code will be given each member only once.
3. If you are entitled to a complimentary inflight Wi-Fi service from other activities, the Wi-Fi voucher codes provided under this campaign must be used separately.
4. Complimentary Wi-Fi voucher codes are valid until 31 December, 2024 from the date of completing the designated tasks and receiving the code. It must be used within 24 hours of redemption.
5. The voucher code applies to flights equipped with EVA Wi-Fi.
6. Book a flight online via the EVA website or EVA Mobile app with your Infinity MileageLands membership number, update your personal information, and subscribe to EVA Air – all steps must be completed to be eligible for this campaign. The terms and conditions apply.
7. To be eligible for this campaign, updating your Infinity MileageLands personal information during the campaign period is required. No matter how many times the personal information is updated, EVA Air will notify or deliver information relevant to a member based on the latest personal information provided.
8. EVA Air is not responsible for any loss or disadvantage to Wi-Fi voucher code caused by incorrect member information or other reasons not attributable to EVA Air. To use this complimentary Wi-Fi during your journey, please take down the Wi-Fi voucher code before boarding.
9. Infinity MileageLands members who purchase the Fare Family type Up, Standard, Basic for international flights operated by EVA Air are eligible for the campaign.
10. All codeshare flights are excluded from this redemption.
11. Infant tickets are not eligible for redemption.
12. The redeemed Wi-Fi voucher code will be deemed as used upon log-in. There will be no cancellation or return of the Wi-Fi voucher code and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. The Wi-Fi onboard is complimentary and EVA Air does not provide any quality assurance or any compensation or indemnification in cash or any other form for any dispute arising from the use or quality (unstable connection or disconnection during flight) of the Wi-Fi Service.
14. Any amendment shall be subject to the latest update of the user instructions published on the EVA Air official website.
15. EVA Air has the legal right to make the final decision in the event of conflicting interpretations. EVA Air reserves the right to amend all relevant requirements or rules and/or to cancel, discontinue and/or modify the campaign with regard to the inflight Wi-Fi service without notice.

How to use Inflight Wi-Fi:
From the entry portal of Inflight Wi-Fi,

1. Click on “Get Online” and you will be directed to the purchase plan page
2. Click on the “Use a voucher or discount code” tab
3. Type in your voucher or discount code and continue. You will be able to access the internet once the code is successfully verified.
