GENERAL INFORMATION
We ship worldwide. Please note that because of current regulations we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation and Ukraine.

From the time you get a confirmation about your order, the delivery time is indicated.
Our goal is to fulfill your order in time. However we can not guarantee that there will be no differences from the time table above. In that case we understand your concern so please contact our customer service if you have any difficulties via email at shop@aeron.com.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE
The custom duty and the custom clearance fee are our responsibility and are included in the final price, that means all countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
EXCLUDED TIME PERIODS AND P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
Please note our distribution centre do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary. We do not fulfill orders to P.O. box addresses.
VIS MAIOR
Besides we do our best to send your order within a specified time period, there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can affect our work.
