Deliveries inside Japan

・In the case of home delivery, 330 yen (tax included) nationwide for orders placed after February 16, 2023 per domestic delivery.
・Free shipping when using the convenience store pick-up service In the case of two-part shipping, a shipping fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged for each delivery from February 16, 2023 onwards.
*Orders placed before 2/15 will be charged a nationwide shipping fee of 220 yen (including tax).



 Deliveries outside Japan

For deliveries outside Japan, we are using EMS.
Please refer shipping and handling fee table below for overseas orders.
As the delivery cost may be different from the actual delivery cost charged for orders, please consider the delivery cost shown in the table as the reference.
Please note that the delivery cost includes handling fee and determined according to the weight of the items,
therefore, it may become higher than the one shown at the timing of placing an order in cases that the order includes box set, etc.

For shipments from 1 June 2022, please refer to the shipping country and shipping
charges table below. This shipping fee includes the handling fee.

influence of corona, soaring transportation costs,
Due to the impact of the significant increase in delivery costs in other countries
EMS charge revision and special additional charge will be introduced from 1 June 2022 shipment.

*New shipping cost includes handling fee. Therefore, it is different from the amount of delivery fee written on the dispatch note.
Taxes are not included in the price. (8% sales tax is added for deliveries inside Japan).
The following special charges may be added to the standard carriage depending on the situation.


If you would like to be informed of the change of the delivery cost, we kindly ask you to tick the box when confirming your order.
If you do not tick the box, your order will be dispatched with the actual shipping fee without asking you.



In case the recipient is absent at the timing of delivery for more than 14 days,
or if the customer refuses to receive the orders, the orders will be returned to us.
In this case, the delivery cost will be at the expense of the customers.
In some countries, customs and duty charges are imposed on the customer at the time of delivery.
Please check with your local customs authorities in advance when placing an order.

EMS Tracking and Tracing Service is not available in some areas of the world.
Please contact the postal administration in your country for more details.


Orders at Specialty store

Items at our specialty store cannot be shipped to overseas.
Domestic shipping rates for specialty store`s item is 550 Yen (tax included).
